RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 52 and following of Legislative Decree n. 21 21 February 2014, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.

The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the event that:

  • for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase made, you have the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 30 working days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.

Withdrawal procedure:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the period indicated above, send us the request via email to: info@checkis.it

Before sending the goods wait for our reply, we do not manage unauthorized returns.

This communication must contain all the data necessary to identify the order and the buyer, the indication of the product / products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, a copy of the document sales accompanying the goods received (for products already delivered). All the costs of returning the products are charged to the customer who, directly or by other means, will deliver them to the seller's domicile; all items must be received in the same conditions as they were received, with the original packaging and any manuals and / or instruction booklets that are part of the packaging and the original packaging; it is not allowed to return the goods in any other way.
Favalli e Camoni srl will carry out the necessary checks on the returned goods, reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in the state of origin and with the original packaging; in this case it will refund the total amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.

In the event of withdrawal after delivery of the goods, the transport costs incurred for the delivery of the product to the customer and for the eventual return to the manufacturer of reference, are not refundable.

The right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised in the event that:

  • these are goods made to measure or subject to modifications and customizations made at the express request of the buyer when ordering;
  • these are audiovisual products or sealed computer software, opened by the consumer;
  • these are goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned and returned due to the high risk of deterioration and / or rapid alteration. This condition is also to be applied in the event of receipt of products found to be altered and / or deteriorated due to longer transit time of the goods due to the absence of the recipient at the delivery address. Favalli e Camoni srl undertakes to ship this type of product with transit of 24 / 48H to the address indicated for delivery.
  • these are sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

REFUND

In the event that the Customer opts for reimbursement of the order, Favalli e Camoni srl will carry out the same in the following ways:

  • For orders paid by credit card, the transaction will be immediately reversed by sending a communication relating to the Customer accompanied by a report of the cancellation. wait varies according to the banking circuit to which the credit card is linked.
  • For orders paid via Paypal, immediate reimbursement will be made to the Customer's Paypal account.
  • For orders paid by bank transfer, the Customer will provide Favalli and Camoni srl with their bank support in order to proceed with the refund.

In all cases of return, Favalli and Camoni srl . has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been correctly delivered to the warehouse of departure and after the integrity of the product has been checked

RETURN RESULTING FROM TOTAL OR PARTIAL DAMAGE

In the event that the Customer, upon checking the delivered items, finds manufacturing defects, damage or an error in sending the item compared to what was ordered, has the right within 10 days to request the free return of non-compliant goods by sending an e-mail communication with a return request to the e-mail address provided in the contacts indicating in the communication the reference to the order number, code and description of the item to be returned and detailed motivation.

Before sending the goods wait for our reply, we do not manage unauthorized returns.

In the event of damage or manufacturing defects, photographic documentation must be sent to identify the non-compliance. This will be followed by communication to the customer with communication of the Return Authorization Number and waybill for the collection of the goods at the Customer's address.

RETURN SHIPPING

Returns due to damage / manufacturing defect / non-compliance with the order is totally free.

The return following exercise of the right of withdrawal is the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer, if he deems it appropriate, has the right to ask Favalli e Camoni srl to use its paid logistics service.

In all cases, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product and must not have been damaged or used as the only packaging for shipping. In the case of the return of sports clothing and accessories, it is a fundamental condition that the items have not been worn, washed or in any case do not show any signs of use. All items must be returned complete with the original label and accessories received with the order.

Failure to comply with the aforementioned return instructions leads to non-acceptance of the same. All returns will be sent directly from the customer's address to the manufacturer's warehouse by means of triangulation with an express courier. The condition of the goods will then be checked.
Once the return has been accepted, the Customer can choose to:

  • Receive the product compliant with the order (in case of return due to damage / manufacturing defect / wrong item)
  • Request a refund of the order for the value of the goods.
