SHIPPING METHOD

For the shipment of the products, Favalli and Camoni srl will rely on specialized couriers with proven reliability for the delivery of orders in Italy and abroad.

All shipments will be accompanied by the obligatory documentation for accompanying and identifying the goods (invoice, transport document) and any attachments required by law and by the foreign countries of destination.

Shipping costs will be indicated at the end of placing the order and will appear upon confirmation of the shopping cart.

Favalli e Camoni srl assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and / or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that prevented, in in whole or in part, to execute the contract within the agreed time frame.

The delivery time is indicated by providing the tracking number, direct link to the courier's website for real-time verification of the shipment.

Shipments take place only in Italy

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Favalli e Camoni srl offers insurance against damage or theft on all shipments within the shipping rate. The shipping insurance is valid from the warehouse of the manufacturer / distributor company up to the delivery address indicated in the order.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

The Customer, upon delivery of the goods by the carrier in charge, must kindly check that the packaging is intact to the eye and without any signs of tampering.
If the Customer finds such anomalies, he has the right to sign the delivery receipt with reservation, or refuse the package. The Customer must also check when opening the package that the quantity and items delivered correspond to what is indicated in your order.

Any discrepancies found when collecting the package and when checking the goods must be promptly communicated via email.

In the event that delivery does not take place for reasons attributable to the Customer (recipient continuously absent, incorrect address, incorrect telephone number issued for contact with courier, etc.) with consequent opening of storage or remittance practices shipping and any additional charges will be considered to be charged to the customer. These higher expenses will be calculated in the final balance when such situations arise and the payment of the same is to be considered a fundamental element for the return of the goods.
