Refund Policy



 Pursuant to art. 52 and following of Legislative Decree no. 21 21 February 2014, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, returning the goods received and obtaining a refund of the price paid.

The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the event that:

  • for whatever reason he is not satisfied with the purchase made, he has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 calendar days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.

Method of withdrawal:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the period indicated above, send us the request by email to:

 Before sending the goods, wait for our reply, we do not handle unauthorized returns.

 This communication must contain all the data necessary to identify the order and the purchaser, the indication of the product/products for which it is intended to exercise the right of withdrawal, a copy of the document of sale accompanying the goods received (for products that have already been delivered). All product return costs are borne by the customer who, directly or by other means, will deliver them to the seller's home; all the items must be received in the same conditions as received, with the original packaging and any manuals and/or instruction booklets that are part of the package and original packaging; it is not permitted to return the goods in any other way.
La Favalli e Camoni srl will carry out the necessary checks on the returned goods, reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in the original condition and with the original packaging; in this case, it will refund the amount paid by the consumer for the purchase of the products.

In the event of withdrawal after the delivery of the goods, the transport costs incurred for the delivery of the product to the customer and for any return to the reference manufacturer are non-refundable.

The right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised in the event that:

  • these are made-to-measure goods or goods subject to modifications and customizations made at the express request of the buyer when ordering;
  • these are audiovisual products or sealed computer software, opened by the consumer;
  • these are goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned and sent back due to the high risk of deterioration and/or rapid alteration. This condition is also to be applied in the event of receipt of products that have been altered and/or deteriorated due to a longer transit time for the goods due to the recipient's absence at the delivery address. Favalli e Camoni srl undertakes to ship this type of product with transit of 24/48H to the address indicated for delivery.
  • these are sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and were opened after delivery.

In the event that the Customer opts for a refund of the order, Favalli e Camoni srl will carry out the same in the following ways:

  • For orders paid by credit card, the transaction will be immediately canceled by sending a communication relating to the Customer accompanied by a report of the cancellation. The Customer will be able to verify the re-credit of the amount within approximately 15 days, the wait varies according to the bank circuit to which the credit card is linked.
  • For orders paid via Paypal, an immediate refund will be made to the Customer's Paypal account.
  • For orders paid by bank transfer, the Customer will provide Favalli e Camoni srl with his/her bank details in order to proceed with the refund.

In all cases of return, Favalli e Camoni srl. has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been correctly delivered to the departure warehouse and after the product has been checked for integrity



In the event that the Customer, upon checking the delivered items, finds manufacturing defects, damage or an error in sending the item compared to what was ordered, has the right within 10 days to request the free return of non-compliant goods by sending an e.mail communication with a return request to the email address provided in the contacts, indicating in the communication the reference to the order number, code and description of the item to   and detailed motivation.

Before sending the goods, wait for our reply, we do not handle unauthorized returns.

In the event of damage or manufacturing defects, the sending of photographic documentation is required to identify the non-compliance. Communication to the customer will follow with communication of the Return Authorization Number and waybill for the collection of the goods at the Customer's address.



Returns due to damage/manufacturing defect/non-compliance with the order are totally free.

Returns following the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Customer, if he deems it appropriate, has the right to ask Favalli e Camoni srl to use his own logistics service for a fee.

In all cases, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product and must not have been damaged or used as the only packaging for shipping. In the case of the return of sports clothing and accessories, it is a fundamental condition that the garments have not been worn, washed or in any case do not show any signs of use. All items must be returned complete with the original label and accessories received with the order.

Failure to comply with the aforementioned return instructions will result in non-acceptance of the same. All returns will be sent directly from the customer's address to the warehouse of the manufacturing company by triangulation with express courier. Verification of the conditions of the goods will then follow.
Once the return has been accepted, the Customer can choose to:

  • Receive the product compliant with the order (in case of return due to damage/manufacturing defect/wrong item)
  • Request a refund for the order for the value of the goods.
